2024 Mega Annual Auction Fundraiser

Thank you to everyone who took part in our 3rd Mega Annual Auction Fundraiser. Seeing so many people rally behind our organisation, generously donate items, place bids, share the fundraiser and encourage others to get involved was truly humbling.

Your support allows us to keep doing what we do, reach further into our community, and be there for people when they need help the most.

We were incredibly fortunate to have had a fantastic selection of amazing items, through the generosity of our kind and lovely donors, all with super-low starting prices, meaning there was something for everyone to enjoy.

While we are usually able to mobilise our community primarily through generous item donations, fundraisers like this are incredibly important to how we keep our work running smoothly. They help us bridge the funding gap and ensure we have the resources available to provide urgent and emergency assistance when it is needed most. Money raised supports our many initiatives, including:

• Aid for children fleeing domestic violence and sexual abuse

• Emergency support for men, women, and children

• Assistance for the homeless

• Support for vulnerable elderly

• Local emergency relief

• Food assistance

A heartfelt thank you once again to the record 158 bidders who took part in our fundraiser and helped us raise over $12,000 towards our mission of giving practical and immediate support to more of those in need in our community.
