Our massive Xmas, thanks to Purple Soup raised funds that went to BayCISS & Grace Heart Community Church to help with much needed food relief for hundreds in the community.

Anne Nelson was recognised for her invaluable  contribution to the Victorian community as the much valued treasurer of Bayside Community Emergency Relief

Caulfield Local Hero Certificate was presented to Deb Brook in recognition of her passion to establish BCER to mobilise and educate the community to help others.

We have won the Grill'd Local Matters token jar community vote for 2022 (Hampton).

Bayside Community Emergency Relief were honored to be nominated again this year(2022) for our Volunteer Morning Tea Event in 2021.

After a public vote, in 2021 our founder Deb Brook was awarded the Westfield Local Hero Award that came with a $10k grant for comfort packs for children displaced through domestic violence.

Won for our  creation and donation of 538 COVID comfort packs to residents in non-for-profit aged care centres and 200 comfort packs for children displaced by family violence within Bayside. All up in 2021 we supplied over 2,000 emergency & comfort packs to those in need.

Margaret Walker was a proud finalist for Community Bank Highett Bendigo Bank’s inaugural event was nominated for her outstanding contribution to Bayside Community Emergency Relief.
