We are proudly supported by Highett Community Bank with grants from 2020 through to today. These grants allow us to purchase much-needed items for our support for vulnerable elderly in Bayside’s Not For Profit aged care facilities, food relief for those in need in the community & vital therapy program for children who have fled domestic violence

We are proudly supported by the Bayside City Council with a grant in 2020 to support our Comfort Packs for vulnerable elderly in Bayside’s Not For Profit aged care facilities. These packs went to 538 Covid vulnerable elderly across 7 aged care homes in Bayside.

GLEN EIRA CITY COUNCIL
We are proudly supported by Glen Eira City Council, who have gave us a grant in 2021 to organise Comfort Packs for adults & children fleeing domestic violence.
The packs were delivered to the children in the Glen Eira region through The Orange Door.

CITY OF KINGSTON
We are proudly supported by the City of Kingston who’s has given us the initial grant in 2021 that allowed us to produce comfort packs for residents in two not-for-profit aged care homes in the Kingston area.
In 2021 we also received funding through Kingston Council annual grant for equipment including storage crates & bi-fold tables & much-needed shelving.

We are proudly supported by Frankston City Council who have awarded us a grant to help with comfort packs for children fleeing domestic violence.

We are proudly supported by Elwood Community Bank whose 2023 grant allowed us to produce vital back to school packs for children in need under the care of Port Phillip Community Group. These packs included essential items as well as items designed for mental health support.

Bayside Community Emergency Relief is engaging with communities in areas on the Melbourne east coastline of Port Phillip Bay, we thought it important to connect with state MPs, who are vested with the responsibility of looking after their local communities and are hands-on with community support during past & current emergencies. We are delighted to have Mark Santomartino as our Goodwill Ambassador.
Mark is a talented multi-media journalist, producer, presenter and content developer and is a journalist with Nine News Melbourne. Mark’s career began as a newsreader and producer for community radio and TV. Community is very much a driving force for Mark & his values align well with ours.
